Once we receive your email we will send you available dates and times for your appointment.
A $80 Deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Which you can pay a deposit Via
or in person at Adorn Uptown
Your deposit will be deducted the day that your tattoo has been completed, and will otherwise hold all of your appointment dates. This is important so that the time can be reserved specifically for you. No-calls and no-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be denied any future service. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
To reschedule, you must give 72 hours notice prior to your appointment or you will otherwise forfeit the deposit. Deposits cover lost wages and time that may have gone to another client. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email Renee and give the shop a call.
Please arrive on time and give the shop a call at (360) 836-8977 if you are running late. Renee will wait 15 minutes past your appointment time for you to show up. If you do not call and 15 minutes have passed, your appointment will be considered cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.
