Asheville Travel Dates and Booking
Interacting with those we do not share space with on a daily basis comes with the risk of transmission.
The following protocols are in place until further notice:
Please arrive on time. Upon arriving, wait in your car and text (971) 258 -6630 to let Renee know you’ve arrived. The front door to the building will remain locked and you will have to be let in. Clients will not be allowed studio access any earlier or later than your scheduled appointment time.
Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving the studio
Face masks must be worn at all times, inside of the building and in the studio, and will not be provided for you.
Eating in the studio is not allowed. You will be able to take breaks to eat in your car or outside if needed.
One guest is allowed to accompany you and must comply with above protocols.
I will not be tattooing any lips until we know more about COVID-19.
Reschedule your appointment if you are:
Experiencing fever, cough, or any symptoms of illness
Please reschedule your appointment for at least 2 weeks after symptoms occur.
The 72-hour notice to reschedule does not apply at this time for those experiencing illness.
Have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks
Are high-risk, live with, or interact with anyone high risk
Rescheduling options are available for any of these situations at no penalty.
Uncomfortable and/or unwilling to comply with the above requirements

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Take care of your body and your skin
Stay hydrated and moisturized.
Eat a full meal
You’ll absolutely need to do this within two hours of arriving to your appointment.
Do not consume alcohol
Especially the night before. The last thing you want is getting tattooed with a hangover.
Prepare a ride or transportation
Those who drive are typically able to transport themselves to and from their appointments just fine. In the event that you are unable to do so, make sure you have someone you can contact to help you out.
WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:
State-issued ID or passport
All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
A photocopy of your ID will be taken with your paperwork.
If you are undocumented, you will not be asked to provide an ID but rules regarding age still apply.
Reusable water bottle
In an effort to reduce waste, disposable cups will not be provided. A dispenser with hot and cold water is available for your use.
Whatever makes you comfortable! Things I personally always want to have on deck when getting tattooed include simple comforts like chapstick, lotion, a sweater in case I get cold, and headphones to zone out with.
Friends, partners, and moral support
This is definitely optional and not a requirement. Due to COVID-19, you will currently be able to bring a maximum of ONE person with you to your appointment. The studio is unable to accommodate any larger groups at this time.
When booking keep in mind there is no guarantee return date for touch ups. I like to visit every 6 months or so but recently with all the changes the world is going through I can not predict travel timelines easily. I will always do my best to provide the greatest care and up to date information possible. I so appreciate Yalls patience and kindness.
